Safety

Ramdar takes pride in promoting and being part of a safe work environment. We boast an excellent safety record. Ramdar's team of engineers and consultants are some of the most experienced in the industry. Well-site supervisors, operational staff and consultants are certified with the necessary safety tickets per the industry standards. Staff, operational personnel and consultants are encouraged to update and partake in safety training that is made available to them.

Governmental safety standards are available electronically to all Ramdar field and office personnel. The system is updated regularly by a leading safety supplier.

Ramdar enforces all safety policies of clients and any drug and alcohol testing required by the client. Ramdar's operation management is available 24 hours a day should supervisors encounter difficulties.

• Sourcing and prioritizing bi-fuel drilling rigs, frac pumpers and water heating
• Supplementing diesel fuel with natural gas using onsite portable vessels or wellhead casing source on existing leases

• If geology allows, implement water based fluid systems vs oil based (invert) to decrease hydrocarbon in area landfills
